Faisal holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from King Saud University, obtained in 1998. He also earned a certificate in credit analysis from Chase Manhattan Bank in New York while working with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, which helped him build a solid foundation in finance. In addition, Faisal made sure to attend numerous international exhibitions specializing in the hotel and restaurant sectors and participated in global seminars and conferences in tourism and entertainment, which contributed to enhancing his expertise and expanding his market knowledge

He began his career as a financial consultant at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund in Riyadh from 1998 to 2003, where he gained extensive experience in finance and analytics. He then moved on to serve as a Senior Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking at the National Commercial Bank from 2004 to 2005. Faisal’s career evolved further when he became the CEO of AlHokair Holding Group in 2018, where he continues to lead the company with strategic direction and continuous innovation

Additionally, he served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Executive Committee at BAAN Holding Group from 2012 to 2021, where he contributed to numerous achievements in the tourism and development sectors, providing his leadership vision in project management and development operations for the group
