Currently serving as the Group Director of Hospitality in the Hotels Division at BAAN Group, he oversees 23 hotels, including partnerships with renowned global names such as IHG, Hilton, Raddison and Accor. Among his key accomplishments are enhancing financial performance, restructuring operations, and implementing shared services to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Previously, Mohsin held the position of Area General Manager for the central region hotels at BAAN Group, where he achieved significant growth and profitability and led major renovations across several properties. He has held leadership roles at notable organizations such as Accor Hotels & Intercontinental Hotels Group, where he consistently delivered exceptional results, from increasing revenue to improving guest satisfaction.

A recognized leader in the hospitality industry, Mohsin was named in "General Managers Power list” as visionary leader across the kingdom in Saudi Arabia 2023 by Hotelier Middle East. He excels in strategic business planning, operational improvements, and building high-performing teams. Mohsin holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel Operations from IHTTI, Switzerland and bachelor’s degree from Government College Lahore, Pakistan.
