Graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University in 1982 and has since built a distinguished career in the banking sector through various leadership roles. He began his professional journey at Saudi British Bank (SABB), where he served as the Branch Management Director from 1984 to 1998. This role provided him with deep experience in daily banking operations and in developing customer service strategies. Following this, he held key positions as Head of the Retail Banking Group for the Eastern Region, and later as Head of the Retail Banking Group at Arab National Bank, where he led numerous initiatives to enhance individual banking services between 2001 and 2006

In 2006, he returned to SABB as Head of the Retail Banking Group, a position he held until 2010, during which he managed teams and designed banking strategies aligned with market expectations. He subsequently took on the role of Managing Director and CEO at Bank AlJazira from 2010 to 2020, guiding the bank through a period of transformation and growth Beyond his executive career, Nabil contributes to the boards of several companies. He currently holds board memberships at the Social Development Bank, Sahara Net, and Bank AlJazira, and serves as Vice Chairman at Bank AlJazira Takaful as well as a board member at SABB Takaful. His extensive financial expertise has been instrumental in guiding these organizations toward sustainable growth
